摘　　要：现代管理能力的提升,离不开信息化的支撑和覆盖。由北京协和医院牵头,联合国内4所大型三甲医院和统计专业团队,进行了为期3年的围术期患者安全管理体系建设研究。其创新性的研究成果开发并转化为信息系统建设,应用于日常临床实践,使之成为临床识别和干预患者安全风险、管理可监控反馈评估、集临床和管理为一体的提升医院患者安全系统管理水平的有效工具,从而推动现代手术麻醉安全管理体系建设的可持续发展。The support of informatization and its coverage is indispensable for the improvement of modern management ability. A research program, which regarding to the construction of perioperative patients＇ safety management system and lasted for three years, was initiated by Peking Union Medical College Hospital and other four domestic large-scale hospitals as well as professional statistics team were also involved. The innovative results of this research program was further developed and transformed to guide the construction of the information system, which was applied in clinical practice in the program hospitals. The information system, which combines clinical practice and patients＇ safety management as a whole, is characterized by its integrated functions of management, monitoring and feedback and the implementation of this information system has brought tremendous convenience in daily management of patients＇ safety in clinical practice. All of these aspects promote the sustainable development of construction of modern anesthesia surgery safety management system.
