摘　　要：从中国中医科学院广安门医院博士后流动站的视角,根据近年来博士后管理现状,对博士后管理过程中遇到的履历、科研、管理等问题进行分析梳理,寻找问题形成的根源,从规范招生、细化管理办法、加强专业培训、发挥监督作用、加强信息化管理、规范评估体系等方面提出了加强博士后管理的对策,旨在推进博士后管理工作的进一步发展。In view of post doctor research station in Guang＇anmen Hospital and based on the analysis of status quo of post doctor management and problems about resume, research and management, causes were discussed and suggestions such as recruitment regulation, management mode, professional training, supervision, information system and standard assessment system were also presented.
