益肾通络方治疗精索静脉曲张症不育患者30例

摘　　要：目的通过精液质量、精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)等分析指标,研究益肾通络方对精索静脉曲张不育症患者的治疗作用。方法收集符合纳入标准的该病患者66例,随机分2组,治疗组服用益肾通络方,对照组服用维生素E,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用益肾通络方,中间6例脱落,最终60例患者纳入统计。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为83.33%、46.67%,治疗组结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。精液量方面,2组治疗后均无明显改变(P>0.05);精子畸形率方面,治疗组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05),对照组无明显改变(P>0.05);2组治疗后均提高精子活力、精子浓度、活动率,降低精子DFI,治疗组结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾通络方具有较好的临床疗效,能显著提高精索静脉曲张不育症患者精子活力、浓度、活动率,精子DN A完整性及配偶妊娠率。Objective To study the curative effect of Yishen Tongluo decoction on male infertility with varicocele, through sperm qual-ity, sperm DNA fragmentation index（DFI） changes before and after treatment. Methods 66 cases were collected according to the inclusion criteria, and the cases were randomized into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Yishen Tongluo decoction combined with Vitamin E. The control group was treated with Vitamin E. 6 cases were dropped because of not according to the pre-scribed medication and not completing the treatment cycle. In the end, 60 cases were included in the analysis. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 83.33 % and 46.67% respectively. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The difference of semen volume between two groups had no statistically significance after treatment（ P〉0.05）. The treatment group can decrease aberration rate obviously（ P〉0.05）. The control group had no obvious effect on aberration rate（ P〈0.05）. The two group can both improve sperm motility, sperm concentra-tion, activity rate, decrease DFI after treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yishen Tongluo decoction has satisfactory clinical effect, significantly improve sperm motili-ty, sperm concentration, activity rate, sperm DNA integrity of male infertility with varicocele.
