摘　　要：实验室的建设和管理影响着医学院校的整体发展及综合实力。针对医学院校实验室综合管理中存在、以及将会面临的一些问题,从实验室安全、设备、药品、档案等几个方面,加以探究,阐述了实验室日常管理的一些具体做法。为医学院校实验室管理人员改革实验室管理方式,提升实验室服务水平提供参考。The construction and management of the laboratories influence the overall development and comprehensive strength of medical college. In viewof the existing problems and the problems that will be faced, this paper explored some aspects from the safe-ty, equipment, drugs and archives of medical college laboratories, and elaborated some specific practices of comprehensive manage-ment of laboratories. This paper aims to improve the service level of laboratories and provide a reference to laboratory manager for the reform of laboratory management.
