中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念在大肠癌患者围术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨大肠癌患者围术期应用中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念对术后疗效的影响.方法 将80例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组采用中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念护理,采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、卡氏评分表（KPS）比较两组围术期应激反应及术后生活质量,同时记录两组首次排气时间、住院时间、疼痛程度及并发症发生率.结果 与对照组相比,观察组缩短了患者的首次排气时间和住院时间（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为2.50%低于对照组的10.00%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,两组数据的对比结果显示差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组干预后SAS评分（27.30±1.54）、SDS评分（30.46±1.25）低于对照组,且其KPS评分（85.23±1.45）高于对照组（均P〈0.05）.结论 中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念的护理措施可改善大肠癌患者围术期康复情况,减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间从而减少患者经济负担,同时充分发挥祖国传统中医学的优势.Objective To investigate the application of TCM special nursing combined with fast-track surgery theory in the perioperative period for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 eligible subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group was given TCM special nursing combined with fast-track surgery theory.The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）,self-rating depression scale （SDS） and Karnofsky performance status scale （KPS） were used to compare the perioperative stress response and postoperative quality of life of the two groups.The initial exhaust time,length of hospital stay,pain degree and complications of the two groups were recorded.Results The initial exhaust time and length of hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative complications of the observation group （2.50%） was lower than that of the control group （10.00%） （P〉0.05）.The pain degree of the observation group was significantly milder than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The SAS score （27.30±1.54） and SDS score （30.46±1.25） of the observation group after the intervention were lower than that of the control group,while KPS score （85.23±1.45） was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM special nursing combined with fast-track surgery theory can improve the perioperative rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer,reduce the pain of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay to reduce the economic burden of the patients,and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
