摘　　要：目的:探讨Neuman理论在对肝癌术后伴发谵妄症的患者护理进行中的应用效果。方法:对第二军医大学附属东方肝胆外科医院胆道一科收治的1例肝癌术后伴发谵妄患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将Neuman理论应用于该例患者的护理中。分析此理论在肝癌术后伴发谵妄患者护理中的应用效果。结果:在进行手术后的第8天,患者谵妄的症状消失。在进行手术后的第25天,患者的病情稳定,出院。结论:将Neuman理论应用于肝癌术后伴发谵妄患者护理中的效果十分理想。To study application of Neuman theory at nursing for the patients of liver cancer accompanied by delirium after surgery.Methods：Retrospectively study the material of patients of liver cancer accompanied by delirium received by The Second Military Medical University affiliated Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgical Hospital biliary tract A section.Apply Neuman theory at nursing for patients of liver cancer accompanied by delirium and analyze application effect.Results：In 8th day after surgery,delirium of patients was disappeared,in 25 th day after surgery,all the patients were in a stable condition and discharged.Conclusion：Application effect of Neuman theory at nursing for the patients of liver cancer accompanied by delirium after surgery is good.
