以小鱼际为供区的皮片移植修复指腹皮肤缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨以小鱼际为供区的皮片移植修复指腹皮肤缺损的临床效果.方法 选取2014年8月-2015年6月收治的8例10指指腹皮肤缺损患者,缺损范围：2.0 cm×1.5 cm^4.0 cm×2.0 cm,均采用小鱼际区全厚皮片移植修复.结果 术后皮片全部成活,供、受区切口均Ⅰ期愈合.8例均获得随访,随访时间8~21个月,平均16.2个月.所有患者末次随访时受区功能均接近正常,外形满意,无明显色素沉着.结论 小鱼际区全厚皮片移植修复手指指腹皮肤缺损,效果良好,并且在同一止血带及同一消毒区域完成手术,此方法具有手术时间短、植皮区无明显色素沉着、无明显萎缩、皮肤弹性较好、耐磨性强、外观与健侧指相似的优点.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of full-thickness skin graft from hypothenar on the repair of the finger pulp defects. Methods From Augest 2014 to June 2015, 8 cases （10 fingers）with finger pulp defects were treated with full-thickness skin graft from hypothenar. The defects were 2.0 cm× 1.5 cm^4.0 cm ×2.0 cm in size. Results All the skin survived completely with primary healing both in donor and recipient area. All the patients were followed up for 8~21 months. The recipient area skin color was similar to the unaffected fingers. There was no complaint about the feeling at the donor site. Conclusions The full-thickness skin graft from hypothenar is an ideal method for repair of finger pulp defects.
