摘  要:目的 探讨应用生物材料外贴治疗Ⅱ型甲床缺损伴骨外露的临床疗效.方法 2012年5月-2015年3月,对30例Ⅱ型甲床缺损伴骨外露患者应用生物材料(创必复联合海肤康)外贴进行修复治疗.结果 30例指端缺损者伤口全部愈合,2例术后1周伤口少许分泌物渗出,经再次清创及换药后再应用创必复联合海肤康外贴后治愈.结论 应用生物材料外贴治疗Ⅱ型甲床缺损伴骨外露,可获得良好的修复效果,具有操作简便、损伤小、痛苦少、费用低廉等优点.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of biomaterial attatchment applied in repairing typeⅡ nail bed defect combined with bone exposure. Methods From May 2012 to March 2015, 30 cases of type Ⅱ nail bed defect combined with bone exposure were treated by external application of biomaterials (FGF+ Collagen combined with Hyphecan cap). Results All defects at the fingertip healed in 30 cases. Mild exudation of the wound was found in 2 cases at 1 week after operation. These two cases finally recovered after debridement and dressing change and external application of FGF+ Collagen combined with Hyphecan cap. Conclusion The external application of FGF+ Collagen combined with Hyphecan cap has a good repair effect for type Ⅱ nail bed defect combined with bone exposure. The benefits of this treatment include simplicity, convenience, less invasiveness and pain, and low cost.
