微型钢板内固定治疗掌指关节侧副韧带并骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 分析掌指关节侧副韧带损伤并骨折采用单孔微型钢板内固定术治疗的临床效果.方法 选取2013年7月-2015年5月收治的掌指关节侧副韧带损伤并骨折患者50例,分为两组,30例为观察组,20例为对照组.观察组均采用单孔微型钢板内固定术治疗,对照组采用侧副韧带重建术,分析治疗效果.结果 50例术后均得到随访,随访时间超过6个月.观察组平均掌指弯曲程度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗优良率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后切口均为Ⅰ期愈合,经X线检查结果显示骨折线均消失,且关节面平整,仅对照组有1例出现疼痛,对其行对症治疗后症状消失.结论 在掌指关节侧副韧带损伤并骨折治疗中,采用单孔微型钢板内固定术安全有效,具有临床推广价值.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of single hole miniplate palm fixation on the collateral ligament injury and fracture of metacarpo phalangal jiint. Methods From July 2013 to May 2015, 50 cases of the the metacarpophalangeal joint ligament injury and fractures were divided into two groups： 30 cases in observation group, 20 cases in control group, the observation group were treated with single hole mini-plate internal fixation, the control group were treated with lateral collateral ligament reconstruction, analized the effect of treatment. Results The patients were followed up for more than 6 months. The average bending degree of metacarpophalangeal was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group , P〈0.05, the excellent rate （100%） was significantly higher in the observation group thatn that in control group （86.4%）, P〈0.05 postoperative incision healed in I stage, the X-ray examination showed the fracture line disappeared, and the articular surface was smooth, only 1 case in control group had pain, the symptom disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The use of single hole micro plate fixation is safe and effective to treat the metacar pophalangeal joint ligament injury and fracture and is word populanzation.
