全髋关节置换术对老年股骨头缺血性坏死髋关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效.方法 分析2011年1月-2014年7月82例行全髋关节置换术的老年股骨头缺血性坏死的临床资料,采用Harris髋关节评分法评价患者术前、术后4个月、12个月髋关节功能,统计患者术前、术后双下肢长度差异情况及并发症.结果 术后4个月、12个月Harris评分均明显优于术前,且术后12个月Harris评分明显低于术后4个月,P〈0.05.患者术后4个月双下肢长度差异（7.1±2.5）mm明显低于术前（9.7±2.1）mm,P〈0.05.结论应用全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨头缺血性坏死临床疗效显著.Objective To investigate the treatment of total hip arthroplasty in elderly avascular necrosis clinical efficacy. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of Femoral Head in January 2011 to July 2014, 82 cases of total hip arthroplasty ischemic necrosis, using former Harris hip score was evaluated in patients with surgery, four months, 12 hip function from the previous month, statistical surgery patients, postoperative leg length discrepancy and complications. Results After 4 months, 12 months Harris scores were significantly better than the preoperative and postoperative 12 months postoperative Harris scores were significantly lower than four months, P〈0.05. 4 months postoperative leg length difference （7.1±2.5） mm was significantly lower than the preoperative （9.7 ±2.1） mm, P〈0.05. Conclusion Application of total hip arthroplasty for avascular necrosis elderly significant clinical effect.
