摘　　要：通过对医疗医技人员技术档案管理现状的描述,结合滕-山医联体内医疗管理工作的需要及个人职业发展,根据实际工作的需要,加上建立技术档案数据库条件的成熟性,提出在医联体内建立医疗医技人员技术档案数据库的设想,详细介绍医疗医技人员技术档案数据库的组成内容及具体实施,并分析在医联体内建立医疗医技人员技术档案数据库的现实意义和存在的问题及解决措施。在医联体内建立医疗医技人员技术档案数据库,并在实践中不断完善提高,能更好的促进个人、医院和医联体的发展。Through the description of the status quo of archives management of medical technicians, combining the medical management work needs and personal career development in Tengzhou--Shanting medical association,according to the needs of practical work and the maturity of establishing technical archives database,we put forward the idea of establishing medical technicians＇ technical archives database. The article expounds the components and the implementation of the medical technicians＂ technical archives database and analyzes the practical significance and the existing problems and solutions. Establishing technical archives database in medical association and improving the database continually can promote the development of individuals, hospitals and medical association.
