摘　　要：目的采用数据分析方法分析慢性疲劳综合征睡眠障碍的中医证候分布规律。方法根据《亚健康学基础》及《中药新药临床研究指导原则》设计病例信息记录表,采集192例慢性疲劳综合征睡眠障碍患者的中医四诊信息,采用频数描述、因子分析与聚类分析等统计学方法探讨中医证型分布规律。结果筛选出36种频率高于20%的中医症状,提取出贡献率累计达87.67%的9个公因子,聚类分析中欧氏距离为10时,可以分为3种中医证型,即阴虚血瘀兼湿热型、气郁湿阻化热型、阴虚阳亢兼痰湿型。结论慢性疲劳综合征睡眠障碍的中医证型包括阴虚血瘀兼湿热型、气郁湿阻化热型、阴虚阳亢兼痰湿型,为慢性疲劳综合征睡眠障碍的临床辨治提供依据。Objective The distribution of TCM syndromes in sleep disorders of chronic fatigue syndrome was analyzed by data analysis method.Methods The data related to information of four examinations in TCM,physical examinations,aboratory examinations and renal pathology were collected from the multicenter patients with CFS somnipathy（n =192）,and a database was built.A study on nonlinear dimension reduction of TCM syndromes was conducted to analyze by using methods of factor analysis and clustering analysis.Results 36 TCM symptoms with frequencies higher than 20% were screened out,9 common factors with a contribution rate of 87.67% were extracted,when the distance between China and Europe is 10,the clustering analysis can be divided into 3 types of TCM Syndromes,including yin asthenia and blood stasis combined with dampness-heat syndrome,qi depression wet resistance combined with heat syndrome,and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity combined with phlegm dampness syndrome.Conclusion Chronic fatigue syndrome of TCM syndrome type of sleep disorders including yin asthenia and blood stasis combined with dampness-heat syndrome,qi depression wet resistance combined with heat syndrome,and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity combined with phlegm dampness syndrome,and provide the basis for the clinical treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and sleep disorders.
