加减安魂汤治疗血虚痰阻型慢性失眠

摘　　要：目的观察加减安魂汤对心血亏虚、痰饮内阻型慢性失眠患者的睡眠质量和临床症状的改善情况。方法将120例心血亏虚、痰饮内阻型慢性失眠患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组采用加减安魂汤(龙眼肉,半夏,当归,茯苓,生龙牡)口服治疗,对照组采用百乐眠胶囊口服治疗,疗程均为2周。治疗前后均采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和中医证候积分量表进行评分。结果治疗后治疗组和对照组的PSQI评分分别为(6.23±2.11)和(8.23±2.50),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组和对照组的中医证候积分分别为(18.75±10.95)和(22.75±11.12),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组临床有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论考虑到加减安魂汤可明显改善心血亏虚、痰饮内阻型慢性失眠患者的睡眠质量及临床症状,心血亏虚合并痰饮内阻可能为此类疾病的基本病机。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the Anhun decoction on blood efficiency and retention of phlegm and fluid resistance chronic insomnia patients.Methods 120 blood efficiency and retention of phlegm and fluid resistance chronic insomnia patients were randomly divided into the trial group（60） and the control group（60）,the trial group was treated by Anhun decoction while the control group by Bailemian capsule.The course of the treatment were both 2 weeks.Before and after treatment both group filled out Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） and TCM syndrome scale.Results After treatment the values of PSQI were（6.23±2.11） and（8.23±2.50）（P〈0.05） in the trial group and control group respectively,and the values of TCM syndrome were（18.75±10.95） and（22.75±11.12）（P〈0.05）.The clinical effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Anhun decoction can remarkably improve the sleep quality and symptoms of blood efficiency and retention of phlegm and fluid resistance insomnia patients.Blood efficiency combined with phlegm obstruction may be the basic pathogenesis of this disease.
