芩连苓丹降胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎

摘　　要：目的观察自拟方芩连苓丹降胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将150例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组100例,给予自拟方芩连苓丹降胃汤治疗(组成:黄芩10 g,黄连10 g,蒲公英30 g,丹参30 g,砂仁10 g,檀香10 g,旋覆花10 g,代赭石30 g,茯苓30 g,泽泻10 g);对照组50例,给予气滞胃痛冲剂治疗,观察2组间的治疗总有效率、治疗前后临床症状积分情况、治疗前后的胃镜情况,观察时间均为4周。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组临床症状及体征评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.01);治疗组在改善胃脘胀满、呃逆气上冲心胸、口苦、胃脘压痛拒按、舌苔黄腻等临床症状方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组胃镜下黏膜充血、水肿、出血、糜烂等情况的改善较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论芩连苓丹降胃汤具有清热利湿、祛瘀降逆功效,对治疗湿热瘀逆型胃炎具有显著的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effecacy of chronic superficial gastritis treated by Qinlian Lingdan Jiangwei Decoction.Methods 150 cases were divided into treatment group and controlled group,the treatment group of 100 cases was treated by Qinlian Lingdan Jiangwei decoction（component：baical skullcap root 10 g,golden thread 10 g,dandelion 30 g,salvia root 30 g,villous amomum fruit 10 g,sandalwood 10 g,inula flower 10 g,ruddle 30 g,poria 30 g,oriental waterplantain rhizome 10g）while the controlled group of 50 cases with qi stagnation in stomach granule and two groups were observed for four weeks.Results The total effective rate in treatment group compared with the control group was significantly different（P〈0.01）,and compared the condition of clinical symptoms,the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）,and the improving condition of clinical symptoms such asgastric abscess,hiccups and qi rushing up to chest,bitter taste in mouth,stomach tenderness,yellow greasy of tongue coating and so on were better than the controlled group（P〈0.01）,and the improvement of membrane hyperemia under gastroscope,edema,hemorrhage,erosion,etc.in treatment group was better than the controlled group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical effecacy of chronic superficial gastritis is significant with Qinlian Lingdan Jiangwei decoction.
