响应面法优化复方人参增免口服液的提取工艺

摘  要:目的优化复方人参增免口服液工艺的提取工艺。方法以多糖的提取率为响应值,柠檬酸浓度、提取时间、提取温度、液料比为自变量,在单因素实验的基础上采用4因素3水平响应面法进行试验设计,确定了复方人参增免口服液的最佳条件。结果复方人参增免口服液的最佳条件为:柠檬酸酸度0.31 mol/L、提取时间6 h、提取温度98℃、液料比1:79,多糖提取率为24.7%。结论采用响应面法分析对复方人参增免口服液的提取条件优化合理可行,为进一步工业化生产提供有力依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process of compound Ginseng increasing immunity oral liquid.Methods The oral technology was optimized by using response surface methodology of four-factor Box-Behnken design,which was used to determine the effects of the four independent variables including citric acid concentration,extraction duration,extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio.Results To gain a maximal polysaccharide production at 24.7%,when the citric acid concentration was 0.3 mol/L,the extraction duration was 6 hours,the extraction temperature was 98℃ and solid-liquid ratio was 1:79,the extracting rate of crude polysaccharides was 24.7%.Conclusion The response surface methodology was reasonable and reliable for optimum extraction process of increasing oral technology of compound Ginseng,and has provided a basis for further industrialized extraction.
