摘　　要：目的探讨ICU患者失禁相关性皮炎(incontinence associated dermatitis,IAD)的发生特点及影响因素。方法以2015-10-01至2016-10-31期间入住我院ICU并符合条件的患者105例为研究对象,对影响患者出现IAD发生的因素进行分析。结果把患者是否出现IAD作为因变量,对性别、年龄、APACHEⅡ评分、白蛋白、供氧方式等因素进行分析,结果显示,APACHEⅡ评分、白蛋白、每日大便失禁次数是否大于2次、大便性状分布、Braden评分是否低于11分几项因素可能与患者患者是否出现IAD有关(P<0.05)。通过logistic多因素回归分析,大便性状为水样或松散不成形,Braden评分低于11分为独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论相当一部分大便失禁的ICU患者会在短时间内发生失禁相关性皮炎,尤其是Braden评分较低和大便不成形或水样便的患者,这对于IAD的防治有一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate the characteristics of incontinence associated dermatitis （IAD） and influencing factors in ICU patients. Methods Totally 105 patients who were admitted into our hospital from Oct. 1,2015 to Oct. 31,2016 and met the conditions were selected for the study, and the factors influencing the occurrence of IAD were analyzed. Results The results showed that factors such as APACHE ]] score, albumin, daily fecal incontinence more than twice, the distribution of stool characteristics over the body, Braden score less than 11 points might be related to the occurrence of IAD （ P〈0. 05 ）. By lo- gistic regression factors, the results showed that watery or loose stool, and Braden score lower than 11 points were independent risk factors （P〈0.05）. Conclusion A considerable part of ICU patients with fecal incontinence will develop IAD in a short time, especially in patients with low Braden score and shapeless or watery stools, which has some significance for the prevention and treatment of lAD.
