摘　　要：目的 观察复方五倍子溶液低温含漱预防急性白血病患者口腔出血继发感染的临床效果.方法 选择2014年4月—2016年10月中国中医科学院西苑医院血液科将90例急性白血病口腔出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例.两组均使用复方五倍子含漱液预防口腔感染,对照组为常温含漱,观察组采用低温含漱,连续含漱14 d.比较两组患者口腔感染发生率.结果 观察组口腔感染发生率13.33%,对照组33.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.031,P〈0.05）.结论 将冷疗和中药含漱两种方法相结合,能够有效降低口腔出血后感染发生率.低温中药溶液制作方便、使用简便易行,值得推广应用.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of gargling with cool compound gallnut on the prevention of oral infections in leukemia patients with oral bleeding.Methods A total of 90 hospitalized leukemia patients with oral bleeding in the hematology department of Xiyuan Hospital CACMS from April 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,45 respectively. Patients in the treatment group were retreated by gargling with cool Chinese medicine,while patients in the control group received gargling with normal temperature Chinese medicine. All patients were treated for 14 days. The incidences of oral infections were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the incidence of oral infection was 13.33% in the treatment group and 33.33% in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups （χ2=5.031,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Gargling with cool Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the oral infection rate in leukemia patients with oral bleeding. The method of making and using cool Chinese medicine is easy and worthy to be promoted.
