颅内静脉窦血栓形成相关性视乳头水肿行视神经鞘减压术患者的护理

摘　　要：目的 总结颅内静脉窦血栓形成相关性视乳头水肿行视神经鞘减压术的护理方法.方法 应用术前及术后追踪12个月视力的变化对30例患者41只眼行视神经鞘减压术的效果进行观察及护理.结果 通过手术及相应护理41只眼术前视力与术后视力比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.其中21.9%视力改善明显,60.9%视力稳定,仅4.9%视力恶化;12.3%视力术前为无光感,术后未能提高.结论 视神经鞘减压术可有效保护颅内静脉窦血栓形成相关性视乳头水肿患者的视力,做好此类患者的高颅压护理、出血倾向护理、专科护理、心理护理、预防并发症护理及健康指导等护理能够改善患者临床症状,保障手术顺利进行.Objective To summarize nursing methods of patients with choked disc correlated to cerebral venous sinus thrombosis undergoing optic nerve sheath fenestration.Methods The effects of optic nerve sheath fenestration was observed by preoperative and postoperative tracking of vision changes in 41 eyes of 30 patients for 12 months.Results After the operation and the corresponding nursing, the preoperative and postoperative vision of 41 eyes was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Among the 41 eyes, 21.9% improved vision, 60.9% stable,and only 4.9% deteriorated;12.3% with no light feeling before operation failed to improve vision.Conclusions Optic nerve sheath fenestration can effectively protect the vision of choked disc correlated to cerebral venous sinus thrombosis. Better nursing is needed including high intracranial pressure, bleeding potential, specific care, psychological need, complications prevention and health education, to improve clinical symptoms and ensure well processing of operations.
