摘 要:目的 探讨品管圈在提高手术室首台手术患者开台准时率和手术间使用率中的作用.方法 成立品管圈小组,确定以"提高首台手术患者开台的准时率"为主题,实施多科室合作,进行现状及原因分析、真因验证、拟定对策、组织实施.结果 运用品管圈工具后,首台手术患者开台的准时率由改善前的70.74%,提高到85.56%,目标达标率119.42%.品管圈小组在品管手法、解决问题能力、沟通协调、团队凝聚力、自信心、积极性等方面均有提高.结论 开展品管圈活动不仅优化了手术科室工作流程,提高了首台手术患者入室的准时率,也提高了医护人员工作效率,降低各科成本,节约了资源,还提高了圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力.Objective To explore the application of quality control circle in improving the punctuality rate to begin an operation and utilization ratio of operating room in patients with the first operation of operating room.Methods A quality control circle team was formed. The theme of "improving the punctuality rate to begin an operation in patients with the first operation" was confirmed combined with multi-departments cooperation to analyze the current situation and causes, to validate the real reason, to draw up countermeasures and to organize the implementation.Results The punctuality rate to begin an operation in patients with the first operation increased from 70.74% to 85.56% with 119.42% for the standard-reaching rate by applying quality control circle tool. The technique of quality control, an ability to solve the problem, coordination of communication, team cohesiveness, self-confidence, positivity and so on of quality control circle team all improved.Conclusions The quality control circle activity not only optimizes the workflow of operating room, improves the punctuality rate to go into the room in patients with the first operation and the work efficiency of health care providers, cut the cost of all departments, save resources, but also improves the team spirit and the ability of quality of management among the team members.
