摘　　要：2015年,国际糖尿病足工作组（IWGDF）推出糖尿足预防与管理指南,是一部基于最佳证据及国际共识的指南.该指南对糖尿病足的预防、诊断及治疗等方面给出了指导及推荐意见,其中的糖尿病足预防策略对护理工作具有重要指导意义.本文系统分析解读国际糖尿病工作组推荐的糖尿病足预防策略,并分析国内相关研究现况,进而探讨我国糖尿病足临床护理预防方案.The guidance of prevention and management of foot problems in diabetes, 2015, made by the International Working Group on Diabetic Foot, is based on best evidence and international consensus. Its guidance and recommendations on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot are described, and the diabetic foot prevention strategy has an important guiding meaning for nursing. This paper researched the recommended prevention strategies of the International Working Group on Diabetic Foot and analyzed related program in the domestic, and then explored the clinical nursing scheme of diabetic foot prevention.
