摘 要:500m口径球面射电望远镜(FAST)采用柔性索网作为反射面的支承结构,柔性索网结构的张拉过程模拟分析对于张拉成形阶段具有重要的指导作用.基于非线性有限元理论,针对FAST索网的结构形式和施工方案,提出了索网张拉过程的模拟分析方法.通过计算分析得到了索网在张拉过程中的位移和内力,计算结果验证了张拉方案的可行性.根据张拉过程中索网的内力变化,确定了FAST索网的误差调整方案.调索后,索力的实测值和计算值偏差在10%以内,说明调索效果较好.The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)is supported by a flexible cable-net structure.The simulation of tensioning process is very important for shape forming of the cablenet structure.Based on the nonlinear finite element theory,considering the practical structural form and construction method of the FAST,a numerical simulation method is taken to simulate the tensioning process.The displacement and internal force of cable-net structure have been obtained.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the tensioning scheme.According to the change of cable force during the tensioning process,the scheme of error adjustment on the FAST cable-net is obtained.After cable adjustment,the deviation between the calculated values and the measured values is less than 10%,verifying the effectiveness of cable adjustment.
