摘 要:在超高层建筑核心筒竖向结构施工中,顶升模架施工技术日趋完善,该工艺具有爬升速度快、施工质量高、安全度高等优点。针对长沙某超高层建筑核心筒施工,设计了一种符合该结构体系的智能化结构的液压顶升自爬模架体系,并制定了完整的施工工艺流程。实践证明:该体系解决了多个支撑系统同时自爬造成上部钢桁架系统在墙体上的支撑点减少而存在的安全风险问题,且顶升无步距限制,整体稳定性高。In core tube vertical structure construction of super high-rise buildings,jacking formwork construction technique has been becoming more and more perfect,the process has the advantages of fast climbing speed,high construction quality,low cost and so on.For a super high-rise core tube construction in Changsha,a system of intelligent independent cell structure of hydraulic lifting self-climbing frame that was consistent with the structural system was designed,and a complete set of construction process was developed.Practice has proved that,the technique could solve multiple support systems caused while climbing on the upper wall of steel truss system in support of reducing security risks.The technique has no step away from the restrictions and the overall stability and other advantages.
