摘  要:汽车免中涂工艺由于烘烤道次减少和漆膜减薄导致表面遮盖能力降低,开展电泳过程钢板表面轮廓的基本传递规律研究对免中涂工艺涂装外观优化工作具有重要意义。以不同表面轮廓的热镀锌BH钢为基板,分别经三种不同类型电泳漆处理,测试研究其表面轮廓(粗糙度Ra、波纹度Wca)在电泳过程的传递规律。研究结果表明,电泳漆过程对粗糙度Ra的衰减效果(衰减率80%左右)明显优于对波纹度衰减效果(衰减率20%左右);钢板表面粗糙度Ra在1.0~1.3μm时,峰值数Pc值的提升对电泳过程粗糙度的衰减效果有正面作用,但Pc值的变化对电泳过程波纹度Wca的衰减未见显著影响;三种不同类型电泳漆对板材粗糙度Ra和波纹度Wca的衰减效果存在明显差异。Due to the advantages of energy-saving and emission reduction,free intermediate coating process has been widely promoted.Because of the baking times and the coating thickness decreased,the surface covering ability of the painting process is reduced.The basic transfer law of surface profile in Electro-Painting process has important significance.Hot dip galvanized BH steel with different surface profile as substrate,through three different types of electrophoretic paint treatment,the transfer law of the surface profile (roughness Ra,waviness Wca) in the electrophoresis process was studied.The results showed that the reduction effect of the electrophoretic process on the roughness Ra profile (reduction about 80%) was better than the effect of the reduction of the waviness Wca profile (reduction about 20%).When the surface roughness Ra of steel plate was in the range of 1.0-1.3 μm,the increase of Pc value had a positive effect on the reduction effect of the roughness of Ra in the process of electrophoresis.However,the change of Pc value had no significant effect on the change of Wca in the electrophoresis process.The reduction efficiency of three kinds of different electrophoretic paint types is obviously different for roughness (Ra) profile and waviness (Wca) profile.
