摘 要:采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等微观组织手段、热模拟试验技术方法和实验室轧制试验,研究了低屈强比K55焊接套管奥氏体连续冷却转变特性和工艺性能间的关系,并进行了工业试制。结果表明,采用C-Mn-微合金化成分设计和优化的控轧控冷工艺,结合合适的HFW焊接工艺试制的K55焊接套管可获得适当的铁素体+珠光体片层组织的搭配,屈服强度和抗拉强度满足API SPEC 5CT要求,屈强比稳定。By using the OM and SEM,the thermal mechanical simulation technology and pilot rolling method,the features of continuous cooling phase transformation of deformed austenite and the relationship between processing parameters and mechanical properties for low yield ratio K55 HFW welded oil casing were studied,and low yield ratio K55 HFW welded oil casing was trial produced.The results showed that low yield ratio K55 HFW welded oil casing could get the appropriate match of pearlite and ferrite microstructure.The yield and tensile strength could meet the requirement of API 5CT and its yield ratio exhibited high stability through the C-Mn-microalloy composition design,optimization of controlled rolling and cooling process and proper HFW welded technology.
