摘  要:采用高效的活化方法制备高性能聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维(PAN-ACFs),借助碘吸附、比表面积(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征手段研究了活化时间和水蒸气的量对PAN-ACFs样品结构、吸附性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在张力大小为7 N条件下,水蒸气流量和活化时间对PAN-ACFs的吸附性能和力学性能均有一定影响;当活化时间和水蒸气流量分别为5 min和0.20 g/min时,样品的比表面积达到2 139 m2/g,单丝所能承受的拉伸载荷为2.27 c N,对应的单丝拉伸强度为0.60 GPa。The effect of activation time and quantity of water vapor on the structure, adsorption and mechanical properties of PAN-ACFs samples was studied by using a high efficient activation method to prepare high performance Polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon fiber(PAN-ACFs) with the help of iodine adsorption, specific surface area(BET) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show that the adsorption and mechanical properties of PAN-ACFs can be influenced by water vapor flow and activation time under the condition of 7 N tension. When the activation time and the water vapor flow were 5 min and 0.20 g/min, the sample surface area reached the 2 139 m^2/g, the filament can withstand the tensile load of 2.27 c N, the corresponding monofilament tensile strength is 0.60 GPa.
