摘　　要：目的 探讨应用邻指指动脉关节支皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床疗效.方法 2012年10月-2015年10月,对25例指端皮肤缺损患者,在邻指相邻侧设计指动脉关节支皮瓣,再以传统邻指皮瓣的应用方式进行修复.皮瓣供区创面在同侧腕横纹处顺皮纹方向切取全层皮片移植修复.皮瓣于术后3周断蒂分指.结果 25例皮瓣均成活良好,供区植皮均成活,创面达到Ⅰ期愈合.随访时间为2~18个月,供区无并发症,皮瓣修复效果满意,指功能良好.结论 邻指指动脉关节支皮瓣修复指端皮肤缺损,较传统的邻指皮瓣并发症少,效果满意,有实用价值.Objective To discuss clinical effect of the cross finger proper digital arterial joint branch flap on repairing the defect of the finger tip. Methods From October 2012 to 2015, 25 patients with the defects of the finger tips were included in this series. Cross finger proper digital arterial joint branch flap was designed at the adjacent finger. The flap was dissected and transplanted as the usual cross finger flap. Skin graft was harvested at the medial forearm or groin area and transplanted to the flap donor site. The pedicle was cut off after three weeks. Results All flaps and graft skins survived well. All incisions had primary healing. The cases were followed up for 2 to 18 months. No complication occurred. The texture of the flaps, the function of the fingers were satisfactory. Conclusion There are less complications in reconstructing the defects of the finger tips with the cross finger proper digital arterial joint branch flaps comparing with the traditional cross finger flaps. The result is more satisfactory. It is worthy of popularization.
