摘 要:目的探讨微型钢板内固定术治疗第1掌骨基底部骨折的临床疗效。方法对2015年2月-2016年2月收治的第1掌骨基底部骨折80例随机分两组,每组各40例。A组用石膏固定治疗.B组用微型钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组第1掌骨基底部骨折治疗优良率;骨折临床愈合时间、术后住院时间:治疗前和治疗后患者生活质量的差异;针道感染、骨折移位等并发症发生率。结果B组第1掌骨基底部骨折治疗优良率高于A组,P〈0.05;B组骨折临床愈合时间、术后住院时间短于A组,P〈0.05:治疗前两组生活质量比较无显著性差异,P〉0.05;治疗后两组相关指标均显著改善,但B组改善幅度更大.P〈O.05。两组均无针道感染,A组有6例出现骨折移位,B组未发生骨折移位,P〈0.05。结论微型钢板内固定术治疗第1掌骨基底部骨折效果确切,可提高固定效果,预防针道感染和骨折移位,加速骨折愈合,缩短住院时间,促进患者早期康复活动,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of mini plate internal fixation in the treatment of the first metacarpal basement fracture. Methods Eighty patients with the first metacarpal basement fractures were divided into two groups from February 2015 to February 2016. Gypsum group was treated by plaster immobilization, mini plate group was treated by micro-plate internal fixation. The clinical healing time of the fracture, the time of hospitalization after the treatment, the difference of the quality of life between the patients before and after treatment, and the incidence of complications such as needle infection and fracture displacement. Results The excellent and good rate of the first metacarpal basement fractures was higher in the mini plate group than in the gypsum group (P〈0.05). The clinical healing time of the fracture group was shorter than that of the gypsum group (P〈0.05) There was no significant difference in life quality between the two groups (P〈0.05). The improvement of the two groups was obvious after treatment, but the improvement rate of mini plate group was larger (P〈0.05). Fractures displacement occurred in 6 cases of the gypsum group. No fracture was found in the mini plate group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mini plate internal fixation for the treatment of the first metacarpal base fracture is effective, can improve the fixation effect, prevent needle infection and fracture displacement, accelerate fracture healing, shorten the hospital stay, promote early rehabilitation activities, improve the quality of life of patients, Worthy of popularization.
