摘　　要：紫草是中医皮肤科要药之一。文章梳理了紫草炮制方法的演变,对紫草有效成分提取研究进展、紫草油和紫草膏的临床应用进行了回顾,旨在总结紫草在皮肤科应用现状,开拓临床用药思路。并提出农学、制药工程学与临床医学相结合,现代有效成分提取技术与传统工艺相结合,将成为推动未来中医药发展变革的重要力量。Radix Arnebiae is an important herb of TCM dermatology. The article combed the change of its processing methods of Radix Arnebiae and reviewed the research development of the effective component extraction and the clinical application of Radix Arnebiae oil and Radix Arnebiae ointment,to summarize the application of Radix Arnebiae in dermatology,and broaden clinical thought. The article also pointed that combination of agriculture,pharmaceutical engineering and clinical medicine and the combination of modern effective component extraction technique and traditional processing would become an important driving force to promote the future development and reform of TCM.
