摘　　要：一间小商铺，肩负着全家人的生计，拆除后，生活来源从何处来？自从被告知泉城路附近的临时房是违章建筑要被拆除后，刘新红感到异常无助。历下城管泉城路执法中队中队长姚甲志在摸底时了解到刘新红这一实际情况后进行汇报建议。随后，泉城路街道办事处主动腾出一问20多平方米的房子，交给刘新红经营，保障了刘新红的生计。Jinan city has put protection of people＇s livelihood in the first place since the campaignof dismantling unapproved and temporary constructions was launched early this year. Helping needy households to resettle in stores, encouraging reemployment oflaid-offworkers, opening up sites for business operation for relocated households, unveiling the ＂map of quality-assured breakfast ＂ and ＂map of convenient vegetable markets and meat shops＂ and upgrading supporting facilities in communitites for the convenience of people＇s life were a series of measures adopted to perform the dismantlement campaign with care and concern. Heartwarming scenes were piling up during this process.
