摘　　要：本文根据城市道路交通建设管理方面存在的问题,分析城市道路交通规划、设计、建设与管理一体化的优势,提出一体化工作的技术内容,并给出一体化工作的发展对策,争取为解决城市交通拥堵问题提供正确思路。According to the problems existing in the construction andmanagement of urban road traffic, the advantages of the integrated planning, design, construction and management are analyzed in this paper; the technical measures of the integrated work are put forward, and some recommendations for developing the integrated work are given to find the sensible way to solve the traffic congestion in the city.
