摘　　要：目的探讨早期医护综合健康指导对首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法选取2014年11月至2015年11月在我院住院治疗痊愈出院的首发精神分裂症患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,两组患者在住院期间均给予精神分裂症常规药物治疗及护理,出院后对照组给予常规的出院宣教和定期门诊随访,观察组在此基础上实施医护综合健康指导,时间为12个月,分别于出院时、6个月、12个月采用药物依从性问卷调查评价患者服药依从性。结果医护综合健康指导在6个月、12个月时观察组服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护综合健康指导有利于提高首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性,降低疾病的复发。Objective To explore the early comprehensive medical guidance on medication compliance of first-episode schizophrenic patients. Method 100 firstepisode schizophrenic patients hospitalized in our hospital who recovered and were discharged during November 2014-November 2015 were distributed randomly into observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50）. The patients in the two groups accepted routine treatment and care for schizophrenia during hospitalization and routine education at discharge and regular outpatient follow-up visit. The patients in observation group were given comprehensive medical guidance for 12 months. All the patients were investigated for medication compliance with medication compliance questionnaires at discharge, 6 months and 12 months after discharge, respectively. Results At 6 and 12 months after discharge, the medication compliance of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive medical guidance can increase the medication compliance of first-episode schizophrenic patients and reduce recurrence.
