煤矿企业安全风险辨识与评估方法探究

摘　　要：煤矿企业开展安全风险辨识与评估工作是遏制重特大事故的必然途径和构建双预防机制的有效组成部分,也是煤矿企业实现可持续发展的必由之路。分析了煤矿企业进行安全风险辨识与评估的重要性,介绍了煤矿企业安全风险辨识与评估的主要内容和工作目标,并提出了具体的实施程序与对策,认为摸索一套符合煤矿企业安全风险评估的方法非常重要,可从源头上避免和消除事故隐患,防范重大事故的发生。The safety risk identification and evaluation conducted by the coal mine enterprises would be the necessary access to restrain the serious accidents occurred, would be the effective component parts to establish the double prevention mecha- nism and would be the only way of the coal enterprises to realize the sustainable development. The paper analyzed the impor- tance of the safety risk identification and evaluation conducted by the coal mine enterprises, introduced the major contents and work targets of the safety risk identification and evaluation by the coal mine enterprises and provided the certain practice program and countermeasures. The paper held that the discovery of a set safety risk identification and evaluation method suit- able for the coal enterprises would be very important and could avoid and eliminate the potential accidents and prevent the major accidents occurred.
