摘  要:采取单因子控制法,分别选择不同植物生长调节剂及浓度、扦插基质、侧枝年龄、扦插季节等因素进行大头典竹侧枝扦插繁殖试验。试验结果表明:大头典竹侧枝扦插繁殖在夏季(7月),选择2年生侧枝作为扦插穗条,穗条基部用ABT1号生根粉600 mg·L^(-1)溶液浸泡5 min,在黄泥土+泥炭土(1∶1)的混合基质中扦插最为适宜,平均生根率达72.11%。The cuttage propagation test,choosing different growth regulators in variety concentration,cutting medium,the age of cutting and cutting season for Dendrocalamopsis beecheyana,were studied by one-factor control experiment design.The results showed that the best timing for cottage propagation of Dendrocalamopsis beecheyana was summer (in July),choosing two years old branches as the cuttings which roots dipped in the growth regulator ABT1# in 600 mg·L^(-1) for 5 min,and the cuttings planted in the mixed substrate of yellow soil and peat soil (1∶ 1) was the best with the average rooting rate of 72.11%.
