现实主义视角下俄罗斯远东核安全战略考量

摘　　要：核安全是当代国际安全研究的重要内容,作为世界主要核大国之一的俄罗斯,其核安全战略的发展变化与世界核安全形势息息相关。近年来,内忧外患的俄罗斯亟须"向东看",以打破来自西方的经济封锁。在此情形下,俄罗斯远东地区严峻的核安全形势成为俄高层亟须考虑的问题。对此,俄罗斯彻底摒弃了意识形态要素,以现实主义视角重新审视自身在远东地区的核安全战略,采取多管齐下的措施,为远东地区的发展保驾护航。Nuclear safety is an important content of International Security Studies. Russia＇ s development of the nuclear safety strategy is closely related to global nuclear security situation. In the recent years, Russia under internal and external circum- stances takes action of ＂Looking to the East＂ to smash an economic blockade of the West. Thus severe nuclear safety situation in the Russian Far East is the concern of senior officials. Therefore, Russia re - examines the nuclear safety strategy in the Russian Far East from the perspective of realism and takes measures to give the escort to development of the Russian Far East.
