摘 要:本文提出了采用Y/△变换扩大永磁同步电动机恒转矩调速范围的方法,分析了Y/△变换能够扩大永磁同步电动机恒转矩调速范围的数学原理,搭建了基于矢量控制的Y/△变换系统的Matlab/Simulink模型,以及以TMS320F2812为控制核心的实验平台。仿真和实验都验证了采用Y/△变换矢量控制方法扩大永磁同步电动机的恒转矩调速范围的可行性,并且显著提高了电机的功率密度。A method using Y/△ Winding changeover technique presented to expand constant torque speed range of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). This paper analyzes the mathematical principle that Y/△ changeover technique can expand constant torque speed range of the PMSM. A Matlab/Simulink model of Y/△ transform system based on the vector control was established. The experiment platform was also set up based on the TMS320F2812 control- ler. The experiment results and the simulation results showed the constant torque range of the PMSM was extended and the power destiny was increased.
