摘 要:采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和熔体流动速率仪研究了PP-R,PP-B和PE基体色母和添加这3种基体色母的PP-R管材各自的熔融结晶行为和熔体流动速率。对添加不同基体色母PP-R管材的颜料分散情况、低温冲击性能和静液压性能进行了测试。结果表明:添加到PP-R管材的色母均能起到异相成核的作用,促进了管材原料PP-R树脂的结晶,明显提高了熔融温度和结晶温度。添加PP-B色母和PE色母的管材结晶度比添加PP-R色母管材的要高,但颜料分散性和低温冲击性能较差。PP-R色母在管材中分散性好,微观缺陷少,其管材的静液压性能较好。The melting and crystallization behaviors and melt flow rate of color mas- terbatches of polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R) matrix, polypropylene block copol- ymer (PP-B) matrix, polyethylene (PE) matrix and PP-R pipes added with the respective color masterbatches of three matrices were studied by using differential scanning calorime- ter (DSC) and melt indexer. Pigment dispersion, low-temperature impact properties and hydrostatic performances for PP-R pipes added with the color masterbatches of different matrices were tested. The results showed that the color masterbatches added to PP-R pipes could play the role of heterogeneous nucleation agents and promot the crystallization of PP-R resin, thus significantly improving the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of materials. The crystallinities of PP-R pipes with the color masterbatches of PP-B matrix and PE matrix were both higher than that of PP-R pipe with the color masterbatch of PP-R matrix, but the pigment dispersion and low-temperature impact per- formances of them were worse. As the finer dispersion of color masterbatch of PP-R ma- trix in PP-R pipe made the less micro defects in material, the hydrostatic performance of PP-R pipe with the color masterbateh of PP-R matrix was the best.
