摘  要:研究了原材料种类和用量对玻纤增强阻燃改性聚苯醚(MPPO)力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:增加阻燃剂PX-200的用量,降低高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)PH88和增韧剂SEBS YH561的用量,添加氢氧化镁、阻燃剂100D和硅酮,均可提高材料的阻燃性能,特别是添加硅酮能同时提高材料力学性能和阻燃性能。另外,将阻燃剂PX-200做成母粒再制备玻纤增强阻燃MPPO,可以提高其阻燃稳定性。Effects of the types and content of raw materials on the mechanical proper- ties and flame retardant properties of glass fiber reinforced flame retardant modified poly- styrene ether (MPPO) were studied. The results showed that when the dosage of flame retardant PX-200 was increased,and the dosage of HIPS PH88 and SEBS YH561 were re- duced, and the magnesium hydroxide, flame retardant 100D and silicone were added, the flame retardant properties of materials could be improved. Especially when the silicone was added, it has better mechanical properties and flame retardant properties at the same time. In addition, glass fiber reinforced flame-retardant MPPO prepared with masterbatch made by flame retardant PX-200 can improve its stability of flame retardant.
