摘  要:以饰条热流道注塑模为例,基于ANSYS软件对热嘴进行传热模拟分析,研究不同流道板接触温度、不同模具接触温度、不同材质对流道内壁表面温度分布的影响,发现前两者对热嘴轴向温度分布均匀性影响较小,而材质的热传导系数对温度分布均匀性有显著影响。最后根据产品的结构需求,基于传热与模流分析结果,进行饰条热流道注塑模具结构设计。实践证明,该模具运行可靠,塑件质量满足要求。Taking panel hot runner injection mold as example, heat transfer simula- tion analysis for hot nozzle based on ANSYS software was done. The effects of contact temperatures of different flow plates, different molds, and different materials on the tern perature distribution of the inner surface of the runner channel were studied. The former two had few influence on axial temperature distribution uniformity, but heat transfer co- efficient of material had significant influence on temperature distribution uniformity. Final- ly according to structural demand for products, based on the heat transfer and mold flow analysis results,the structure design of the decorative strip hot runner injection mold is carried out. It is proved by practice that the mold has reliable operation, and its quality can meet the requirements.
