摘　　要：人参皂苷Rh2是从红参中提取得到的一种二醇型低糖链皂苷单体,也是人参中主要活性成分之一。人参皂苷Rh2因其代谢作用多样性,药学工作者在深入研究过程中发现其具有多种药理活性,尤其在抗肿瘤活性方面表现显著,取得了一定的进展。作者通过查阅国内外近年来大量文献,从抗肿瘤、改善心肌缺血、抗子宫内膜异位症、抗过敏、调节免疫功能、防辐射、抗哮喘及抗抑郁等方面对人参皂苷Rh2的药理活性与作用机制进行分析和归纳,并进行综述,以期为药学工作者更深入的研究和开发利用人参皂苷Rh2提供参考。Ginsenoside Rh2 has be extracted from red ginseng as a diol-based low-sugar saponin monomer and one of the main active ingredients in ginseng. Ginsenoside Rh2 is discovered that it has a variety of pharmacological activity by pharmacy workers in the depth of the study , and was made some progress especially in anti-tumor activity, the pharmacological effects of ginsenoside Rh2 are analyzed and summarized by The authors from a lot of literature at home and abroad on the aspects of anti-tumor, improving myocardial ischemia, anti-endometriosis, anti-allergy, immune function, radiation protection, anti-asthma and antidepressant activity and mechanism of action, this review studies and develops the use of ginsenoside Rh2 in order to provide reference.
