摘 要:针对二极管箝位式三电平逆变器中点电压不平衡问题,通过分析产生中点电压偏移的原因,采用基于Buck-Boost电路的中点电压平衡方法,并对该平衡电路提出一种PI控制策略。分别对常规小矢量调节法和Buck-Boost电路平衡法进行了研究和分析,仿真结果表明Buck-Boost电路平衡方法及控制策略可有效抑制中点电压偏移,并在高调制比和小电容情况下,电压平衡效果优于常规小矢量调节法。In the study of three-level inverter, due to the unbalance of neutral-point-voltage, resulting in the output waveform distortion, which made the inverter can' t meet the operational requirements. For this, the diode clamped three-level inverter causes neutral-point-voltage unbalance is analyzed in this paper, and a control strategy based on the Buck-Boost balance circuit is presented, which is verified by MATLAB/Simulink. Meanwhile, the traditional small vector adjustment method and the Buck-Boost circuit balance method are studied and analyzed respectively. The simulation results show that the control strategy presented in this paper for the Buck-Boost balance circuit can effec- tively suppress the unbalance of neutral-point-voltage, and the effect of conditions in some way better than small vector adjustment by SVPWM.
