摘　　要：家庭教育政策和法规就是管理部门对于家庭教育和家庭教育工作的指导意见和管理规定。文章分别阐述了海峡两岸家庭教育政策法规的发展历程、内容体系、贯彻渠道效果,在此基础上从多个视角分析比较大陆和台湾家庭教育政策法规的异同,最后指出,台湾地区的家庭教育政策法规建设在多个方面走在了祖国大陆前面,值得我们思考和借鉴。The paper first points out that relevant policies and regulations are the guidelines for the management of family education and family education. Then it traces the development of cross-Strait family education policies and regulations, the formation of content system, and their implementation. On the basis of this, it seeks to compare and analyze from multiple perspectives. It finds out that the construction of family education policies and regulations in the Taiwan Region surpasses those on the mainland, stimulating the latter to rethink and to emulate.
