摘 要:本文以有源相控阵天线为主要研究对象,对其散热需求进行仿真分析,以14个T/R组件组成结构体作为满阵天线散热的最小散热单元,分别验证铸铝ADC12和锻铝6063两种材料的T/R单元在风道内的散热情况。通过仿真分析和试验验证证明,该雷达总体热设计方案完全能满足实际工作要求。该种散热方法对类似设备的整体热设计有一定的参考价值。Taking active phased array antenna as an object,requirement for its heat dissipation is simulated and analyzed.Heat dissipation of T/R modules made of two materials like cast aluminum ADC 12 and of wrought aluminum 6063 in air duct is verified respectively by taking architecture composed by 14 T/R modules as minimum radiating unit of full array antenna heat dissipation.The radar overall thermal design scheme can meet requirement of practical operation,this is proved by simulation analysis and test verification.This heat dissipating method provides certain reference value for overall thermal design of similar equipment.
