摘 要:以熔体流动方向上压力损失较大且扁平较薄的伞钩形聚碳酸酯塑件为对象,通过计算机辅助工程(CAE)数值模拟仿真设计模具的浇注系统,与正交实验方法相结合优化薄壁注塑成型中的工艺参数.通过控制注射压力以实现熔体短射的方法分别在未施加和施加不同功率超声波的作用下进行注塑成型,对成型制件质量、拉伸强度、芯层玻纤取向、熔点进行检测.结果表明:超声波有利于提高玻纤增强型聚碳酸脂的型腔填充率;改善了塑件中玻纤沿熔体流动方向的取向性,使得塑件力学性能提升;用差示扫描量热法进行热分析发现施加和未施加超声波作用成型塑件的玻璃化温度变化幅度很小.The umbrella hook molded polycarbonate (PC) part who has thin flat shape and large pressure lose on the melt flow direction is regarded as the research object, combining with computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation, the mold gating system is designed and the best injection molding process parameters except injection pressure are achieved by means of orthogonal experiment. The plastic injection molding is conducted in both no exerting and exerting ultrasound. The quality of molding parts, tensile strength, glass fiber orientation of core layer and melting point are tested. The results show that ultrasound is helpful to improve the cavity fill rates of glass fiber reinforced PC; the mechanical performances are improved because of ultrasound's helpful to the glass fiber orientation of forming parts; thermal analy- sis is conducted by using differential scanning calorimeter; it is shown that the change of the glass transition temperature is very small regardless of exerting ultrasound or not.
