摘 要:采用陶瓷膜对有机硅废水进行除油纯化研究,分析膜通量随运行时间的衰减变化趋势,考察跨膜压差、膜面流速、浓缩倍数对膜通量的影响,确定恢复膜通量的方法,并比较两种陶瓷膜管的不同分离效果。结果表明,50 nm陶瓷膜能有效截留有机硅废水中的油类,过滤有机硅废水时平均通量达到340L/(m2·h),油去除率99%以上,满足后续生化处理需求。The study on oil removal and purification treatment of organic silicon wastewater by ceramic membrane technology were carried out. The membrane flux with attenuation changetrend of the running time was analysised. The effects of transmembrane pressure, crossflow velocity and cycles of concentration on permeate flux were systematically investigated. The membrane flux recovery method was decided. The separation effect of different membrane tubes were compared. Experimental results showed that 50 nm ceramic membrane could effectively get rid of oil in the organic silicon wastewater. The average flux was 340 L/(m^2·h). After ceramic membrane technology, oil removal rate was over 99%. It could meet the requirement of follow-up biochemical treatment.
