摘  要:为研究延龄草(Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.)种子的休眠机理,加速萌发速度,试验比较了不同浓度水浸提液与不同溶剂浸提液对白菜(Brassica rapa L.var.glabra Regel)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,延龄草种子中存在较强生理活性的内源抑制物质,并且随着水浸提液浓度的增加,其抑制白菜种子萌发的活性也随之增加;不同溶剂浸提液的内源抑制物质活性也不同,其中丙酮浸提液的抑制效果最强,其次是甲醇,水浸提液的抑制作用较弱。In order to study the dormancy mechanism and accelerate the germination rate of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. salsa seeds,the effects of different concentrations of water extracts and different solvent extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of Brassica rapa L. var. glabra Regel were studied. The results showed that there was endogenous inhibitory substance with strong physiological activity in the seeds of T. tschonoskii. And the inhibiting activity of the germination of cabbage seeds increased with the increase of water concentration. The activity of endogenous inhibitory substances in the extracts of different solvents was different. The methanol extracts had the strongest inhibitory effect, followed by acetone and water extracts had weak inhibitory effects.
