现代魔芋产业发展研究与实践的“安康模式”分析

摘　　要：分析了现代魔芋产业建设研究与实践结晶——"安康模式"的形成与发展,阐述了安康魔芋产业在基地建设中研究与应用的魔芋玉米立体种植、魔芋林下高效种植、魔芋"五边"生态种植三大种植模式和"公司+合作社+基地+农户"的基地建设模式;研究与开发的魔芋即食休闲食品、魔芋方便食品、魔芋饮品和魔芋添加剂食品四类新型产品;魔芋市场营销的实体店销售和电子商务平台销售两条主线。突出政府引导,园区承载;龙头带动,科技支撑;品牌打造,循环发展。魔芋产业已成为安康市最具区域资源优势的新兴优势特色产业、朝阳支柱创汇产业和精准扶贫重点产业,赢得了"世界魔芋看中国,富硒魔芋数安康"的美誉。The formation and development of ＂Ankang model＂ was analyzed, which is the crystallization of research and practice in constructing the modern konjac industry. Three planting patterns in base construction of konjac industry, including stereo planting of konjac and maize, high efficiency planting of konjac under forests and ecological cultivation of konjac in＂five sides＂and the base construction model of ＂company, cooperative, base and peasant household＂, four types of new products in research and development of konjac, including instant food, convenience food, beverage and additive food of konjac,as well as the two main line in konjac marketing, including sales ofstores and e-commerce platform were elaborated. The industry highlighted the government＇s guidance and the park bearing, the leading prompt and scientific and technological support, the brand building and cycle development. The konjac industry had become the emerging superiority characteristic industry, zhaoyang pillar industry and poverty-focused industry with the most regional resource advantages, and won the good reputation of ＂world konjac watch China and Se-enriched konjac watch Ankang ＂.
