合肥市市辖区永久基本农田划定与分析

摘　　要：永久基本农田的划定不仅关系到农业生产、国家粮食安全、生态环境保护,还关系到城市发展布局以及经济的可持续发展。该文以合肥市市辖区为例,以上一轮基本农田划定成果为基础,探究永久基本农田的划定,以及划定工作中遇到的问题,并提出建议,以期为其他地区永久基本农田的划定提供参考。The definition of permanent basic farmland is not only related to agricultural production,national grain security,ecological and environmental protection,but also to the development of urban development layout and economic sustainable development.In this paper,taking the municipal area of Hefei as an example,based on the results of the basic farmland delineation,this paper explores the delineation of permanent basic farmland and the problems encountered in delineating work,and provides reference for the delineation of permanent basic farmland in other areas.
