3种菊花嫁接成活的影响因素研究

摘　　要：为研究影响菊花嫁接成活的因素,以3种菊花为试验材料,用4h、8h、12h光照长度和1次、2次、3次浇水次数对嫁接后的菊花进行处理,一段时间后,测定嫁接成活率和茎干粗度。结果表明:综合嫁接成活率和茎干粗度,3种菊花光照4h优于8h和12h;每天浇水2次,嫁接成活率和茎干粗度优于1次和3次;2号菊花嫁接后的成活率和茎干粗度优于其他两种菊花。To study the elements which influenced the survival of three grafted samples of chrysanthemums,we chose three samples of chrysanthemums as the experiment material and treated the grafted chrysanthemums with separate light lengths of 4h,8h and 12h periods.We also separately watered at intervals of once,twice and three times.Shortly after,we measured the survival ratio of grafted chrysanthemums and their stem diameter.The results showed that the survival ratio of grafting and stem diameter,4h light length of the three kinds of chrysanthemums are superior to 8h and 12h;The chrysanthemums which were watered twice a day,the survival ratio of grafting and stem diameter were superior to those samples which were watered once a day and three times a day respectively;After grafting,the survival ratio and stem diameter of No.2 chrysanthemum is superior to the other two.
