基本农田数据建库初探——以庐阳区为例

摘　　要：永久基本农田划定对我国粮食安全至关重要,建库要求数据精确,格式正确,而事实上这一过程中容易出错。本文以合肥市庐阳区基本农田建库为例,结合GIS软件,希望对建库中常出现的问题进行讨论研究,通过对基本农田数据建库流程、构成要素及其关系的探讨,提供一种解决方法,使成果达到了建库的标准要求。通过对常见问题的梳理,避免处理过程中人工造成的错误,提高工作效率。The delineation of permanent basic farmland is very important to the grain security of our country.The data required for the establishment of the database is accurate and the format is correct.In fact,it is easy to make mistakes in the process.In this paper,the basic farmland in Luyang District of Hefei City building as an example,combined with GIS software,to discuss research often occur on the difficulties during the construction of basic farmland,through the data of elements and relations constitute the establishing process,and provide a method to solve the results meet the requirements of the standard library construction.By combing the common problems,we can avoid the mistakes caused by the process and improve the work efficiency.
