摘  要:主要介绍全钢子午胎二次法成型技术的特点,重点阐述二次法成型机的组成和结构特点,以及二次法成型的核心技术优势及工艺流程的优化。采用该技术后,完全满足质量要求,全钢子午线轮胎超载的问题及胎圈耐久寿命有大幅度提升,减少子口爆、子口裂等质量缺陷,提升了产品质量和市场份额。This paper mainly introduced the characteristics of all-steel radial tire's two-step building technology, focusing on the composition and structural characteristics of the two-step building machine, and the optimization of the core technology and process of the two-step building technology. After adopting the technology, products fully meet the quality requirements, all-steel radial tire bead and endurance life have greatly improved, reducing the edge margin damage, crack and other defects, improving the product quality and market share.
